- Customer satisfaction and the gentle treatment of our environment
are of absolute priority. Therefore we commit ourselves in
fulfilling customer and legal requirements. This is also
valid for services made in the name of our company.
- The customer is invited to define the quality he wants to receive
from our company. His judgement on our products and service is
the casting vote.
- To ensure the high quality of products and service our customers
require and at the same time ensure a maximum of environmental
compatibility, we have created and integrated into our company
a certified management system, based on the standards:
ISO TS 16949 und DIN EN ISO 14001.
- Each work should be done with highest care in the sense of P-D-C-A
(Plan-Do-Check-Act).
- To avoid faults and pressure on the environment we commit
ourselves to analyse, supervise and improved continuously our
processes train our staff accordingly sensitized to the aim of Zero-Faults.
- All requirements and orders as well as the handling of claims
and samples are to be handled thoroughly and promptly.
- Every employee and worker of our company has to contribute at
his workplace to the realisation of our aims concerning quality
and environment. If anybody in the company finds out, that there
may be a risk to realisation of the defined aim and if he, in
his own responsibility, is not in a position to remove the nuisance,
he is obliged to inform his superior immediately.
- Everybody in our company has the opportunity to improve actively,
within our integrated “Improvement System”, the processes.
This “Improvement System” helps to produce a better
product, to optimize production processes, to increase workers
security, helps to make our services better, to save costs, to
reduce pressure on the environment and to use resources responsible.
- The quality of our products and the effects for the environment
also depend on the spare parts that we are buying from our suppliers.
That is why we demand highest quality - according to the customer
requirements – and a careful treatment of our environment.
We support our suppliers to realize our common aims.
- All responsible people in the management of our company have
to observe and to criticize constantly the workmanship and the
quality of work of every worker and employee in order to reach
and to maintain the defined standard.
